This journey started a few years ago when one of our founder's neighbor amputated one of his feet due to a diabetic ulcer that was not healing. We knew the lactic acid bacteria inside the bee's stomach could kill harmful bacteria in wounds. Taking bacteria from such wounds and testing in the lab with a mixture of several lactic bacteria, we noticed that the bad bacteria was defeated. ​Helping the neighbor to heal the ulcers on his other foot and saving it from amputation was the start of this journey.

Founded in 2015 by three founders with over 50 years of combined experience with bees and the science around them. Keepyourfoot.com is proud to help people treat wounds that have trouble healing. Our special honey cream can save feet with diabetic ulcers from being amputated. Every foot saved makes us proud and inspires us to continue this journey.
